Brickwork Projects - Residential Renovation
We successfully completed a double-story extension rebuild in Islington. The project began with the support of the partition wall through shoring, allowing us to safely suspend the two floors and roof while carefully demolishing the existing structure. The rebuild utilised a Flemish bond pattern, incorporating soldier course Catnic lintels. We reclaimed the original bricks, ensuring the fresh face was outward, and repointed the structure using lime weatherstruck mortar for optimal durability and aesthetics.
Pictured below. We constructed temporary roofing to facilitate the safe clearance and demolition of the existing roofs. Following this, we installed two new warm deck flat roofs, incorporating angled furring strips to ensure proper drainage through the Welsh arch outlet. Subsequently, we rebuilt the surrounding brick walls using new stock bricks laid in a Flemish bond pattern, and we repointed the walls with weatherstruck mortar to match the aesthetics of the house.
Repointing Projects - Historic Restoration
We completed a 300m² lime repointing project in Kew, Richmond upon Thames, finishing within a month. The client expressed high satisfaction with the results.

Extensions & New Build Projects- Modern Home Addition
We are currently constructing a gym for a client in Wimbledon. The initial concrete work presented some challenges, requiring careful adjustments; however, we successfully navigated these issues. The facility will feature a sauna and plunge pool at the rear, along with a small courtyard. The main space will serve as the gym, and we will return at a later date to complete the patio and other finishing touches.
Pictured below. We successfully completed an extension in Kingston upon Thames within one week. We will return to finalise the project with a full render, installation of a flat roof, and fitting of bifold doors.
Patio Projects - Outside Space Creation
We demolished the existing brickwork and repurposed the bricks to construct a new retaining wall. Additionally, we laid 16m² of grey Indian sandstone, which was subsequently pointed with grey resin. All work was completed within one week, resulting in very satisfied customers. We look forward to undertaking further projects for them in the future.
